We are somehow inside the final month of the season, with the Red Sox having only 26 games left on their schedule heading into Friday’s series opener against Cleveland at Fenway. Things have been rough for the last month, but the team has righted the ship in a way, most recently splitting a big series against the Rays.

Now we want to know what’s going to happen from here. The Red Sox are 77-59, and as things stand now FanGraphs give them an 82 percent chance to make the postseason. So our question for you this week is: How accurate is that? We’d like you to map out the rest of the season, outlining what happens with the team over the next few weeks as well as the landscape of the rest of the league. And then we want to know what happens in October as well. Put on your psychic hats and predict the future for us, will ya?

Leave us a FanPost, and you could be featured on the front page on Sunday ahead of round one. As always, here is our handy guide to making a FanPost.
