This whole past weekend at Fenway was decidedly Not Fun, but the last two games in particular were tough. And on Saturday, the key moment was Alex Cora turning to Darwinzon Hernandez, a decision the manager defended after the game. (Rob Bradford; WEEI)

José Iglesias is still getting plenty of playing time, even on Sunday in a game he did not start. He’s not eligible for the postseason roster, but he still gives them the best chance of winning right now. (Ian Browne; RedSox.com)

That said, Christian Arroyo does still need to get some at bats before this season is out. He’ll need some bit of timing, and he got the start on Sunday. (Jason Mastrodonato; Boston Herald)

The loss wasn’t the only bit of bad news to come down on Sunday, as the team had to place Josh Taylor on the injured list prior to the game as well. (Chris Cotillo; Masslive)

Is there a chance at a Kyle Schwarber reunion this winter? (John Tomase; NBC Sports Boston)

Schwarber, for his part, would be open. (Sean McAdam; Boston Sports Journal)
