We’ve called a lot of series this year “the biggest series of the season,” but it’s hard to argue with this really gaining that distinction. The Red Sox have a chance to really solidify their position in the wildcard race with a good showing against the Yankees, and tonight has the added benefit of a marquee pitching matchup. It’s Nathan Eovaldi for Boston, Gerrit Cole for New York. First pitch is set for 7:10 PM ET.
