Prior to Wednesday’s game in Detroit, we got some bad news from NESN as they released a statement from Jerry Remy that he will be taking some time off as he deals with yet another bout with cancer. These last few years have been tough on Remy, and we’re sending all of the positive thoughts his way. (Tom Westerholm; Boston.com)
