Game 57 Gamethread: Red Sox at Yankees

New, 243 comments

In a strange scheduling quirk, the Red Sox and Yankees have gone about a third of the season without facing each other, which means they will be seeing a lot of each other over the final two-thirds of the year. That will begin tonight, as the two rivals face off for the first time in 2021 here on Friday night, weather-permitting. Boston will have Nathan Eovaldi on the mound with the Yankees sending out Michael King. First pitch is set for 7:05 PM ET.
