FanPost Friday: Let’s get positive

Things are bleak right now. Not in the sense of, “Oh, the season is over,” because it isn’t and the Red Sox can still win out to guarantee at least a Game 163. But it’s bleak in the sense that they should be in a better position but they’ve played disappointing and lifeless baseball this week. Misery is understandable, and negativity is to be expected. They brought it on themselves.

But as I get older I understand the importance of positivity and the dangers of constant negativity. It’s not good for the soul! So let’s inject a little bit of positivity into the day because we all sure as hell could use it. There are three days left in the season, and while lately it’s been mostly negative, there has been a whole lot of positive this year as well. For this week’s FanPost Friday, we want to know what you feel is the biggest positive development of 2021.
