OTM Open Thread 9/7: It is Monday

Happy Monday, and happy Labor Day, everyone. If you have the day off, enjoy yourself safely. The Red Sox have the day off themselves ahead of a weird week of baseball. They are off today, then play a doubleheader tomorrow, then are off Wednesday. 2020, folks. There is a whole lot of afternoon baseball today, though, as the playoff picture starts to come into focus. In the NBA, the Celtics are looking to get the momentum back in the series. They’ve dropped the last two and are now tied 2-2 in the series. Tonight’s game tips off at 6:30 PM ET on TNT. That’ll be followed by Nuggets-Clippers, which is tied at a game apiece. In the NHL, the Islanders and Lightning kick off the Eastern Conference Finals at 8:00 PM ET. On top of all that, there is US Open tennis and the Tour Championship in golf finishes up today. Use this space to discuss whatever you’d like. As always, just be nice to each other.
