OTM Open Thread 9/11: It is Friday

Boston Red Sox v Tampa Bay Rays Photo by Julio Aguilar/Getty Images

Happy Friday everyone. The Red Sox are back in action looking to make it a whopping three in a row with another victory in Tampa Bay tonight. They have Andrew Triggs on the mound while the Rays counter with Blake Snell. First pitch for this one is set for 6:40 PM ET. The big game for Boston sports tonight, though, comes at 9:00 PM ET. That would be Game Seven of the Celtics-Raptors NBA series, which comes on the heels of an epic double overtime contest on Wednesday. I know I’ll be freaking out about this one all day long, because I am Extremely Normal. Before that, the Clippers look to take a 3-1 lead over the Nuggets starting at 6:30 PM ET. Over in the world of hockey, the Islanders are looking to crawl back into the Eastern Conference Finals as they trail the Lightning 2-0. The US Open is also continuing to inch towards its end, with the men’s semis taking place tonight. Use this space to discuss whatever you’d like. As always, just be nice to each other.
