OTM Open Thread 8/15: It is Saturday

Happy Saturday everyone. Things are, well, not great for the Red Sox right now, but they continue to play games so we continue to watch. They do have Nathan Eovaldi on the mound for this one with James Paxton going for the Yankees. First pitch is set for 7:00 PM ET. Meanwhile, the Bruins have the third game of their first round series against the Hurricanes with the series currently tied at a game apiece. The puck drops for that one on NBC at noon ET, and it is the first of four NHL playoff games today. We also get the start of the NBA playoffs tonight, sort of. The Trail Blazers and Grizzlies play a play-in series with the eight seed on the line, with Portland needing to win one game and Memphis needing to take two. The first (and potentially only) game is today at 2:30 PM ET on ABC. There’s also plenty of day baseball, including the Cardinals returning to action at 1:10 PM ET against the White Sox.
