Welcome back to another edition of the Over the Monster Podcast. Or maybe it’s another edition of the Red Seat Podcast. Or maybe it’s the first episode of a podcast that does not yet have a name. To be honest, we’re still not entirely sure how we’re qualifying this, but myself and Jake Devereaux are in your earballs this morning just as we plan to be every Wednesday morning. Jake and Keaton DeRocher are still going to be doing their episodes every Monday. This will just be in addition. Plus, on top of these two shows Keaton and Shelly Verougstraete will be doing a little quick-hit show for you after every series, recapping what happened in that series and previewing what comes next.
As for this episode in particular, well, this was the last episode of either show that comes before actual games are played. How can you not be excited about that?! We obviously touched on the rotation, because that’s unavoidable. Specifically, we talked about the impact of losing Collin McHugh, who announced his opt out shortly after Jake and Keaton recorded Monday’s episode. After that, we broke down how we’d arrange the lineup and what we expect to happen with a few of the position battles on the roster. That was followed with some listener questions before we got out of there.
I hope you enjoy the show, and if you do I hope you do all the standard podcast requests. Rate, review, subscribe, tell your friends. You know the drill.
