Happy New Year and welcome to 2020 Red Sox baseball! Okay, not yet, but we are getting closer by the day. Thank goodness. Since this winter has been relatively slow and uneventful for the Red Sox we decided that on this episode we’d join the rest of the universe by making our all-decade team of the 2010s.
In this past decade we were lucky to witness two of the best Red Sox teams of all-time in both the improbable 2013 team and the juggernaut team of 2018. Putting together these lists was a blast and getting to remember and reminisce about what made all of these players so special was an activity I’ll be excited to do in another ten years.
In addition to putting together and comparing our lists, Keaton and I broke down the move to add Kevin Plawecki and designating Sam Travis for assignment. We also dove into the latest Red Sox/Dodgers rumor from Jon Morosi about not only Mookie Betts but pitcher David Price. Lastly, we close it out with some listener questions.
