What do you want to see from us in 2020?

Happy New Year everyone! We start out (there have been three other things posted but this is the first thing actually being written in 2020) the decade with a question to all of you: What do you want to see from us in 2020? I’m leaving it that open-ended. Interpret it how you want, I want to know what you think we should do that we don’t already, what we do that we shouldn’t and/or what we already do and should do better. I can’t promise we’ll actually do everything because, well, I know better than to leave my actions totally up to the internet, but we want to know.
