Happy Sunday everyone. It is the first of the month, so pay your rent. Also, this means there are September call-ups starting today, a topic on which we will hit later this morning. On the field, the Red Sox had a chance to make a move up the standings on Saturday but instead saw Ryan Brasier and company blow it in the eighth. Now, they look to settle for a series victory in L.A. on Sunday. They’ll have David Price in his return to the mound for this one while the Angels send Andrew Heaney to the mound. First pitch is scheduled for 4:07 PM ET. Elsewhere, as this is posted Team USA is starting their World Champions schedule this morning at 8:30 AM, an event I am very excited for. There is also baseball all day, including Oakland and the Yankees at 1:00 PM ET. The Sunday Night game is Reds-Cardinals. There’s also a college football game tonight and U.S. Open Tennis all day. Use this space to discuss whatever you’d like. As always, just be nice to each other.
