OTM Open Thread 8/7: It is Wednesday

Happy Wednesday everyone. The Red Sox were back to their losing ways on Tuesday, dropping a terrible game to the Royals and forcing a rubber match on Wednesday against one of the worst teams in all of baseball. It’s not great! For this one it will be Eduardo Rodriguez going up against Glenn Sparkman with the first pitch scheduled for 7:10 PM ET. There could be some thunderstorms in the area, too, so keep an eye on the weather. Meanwhile, the Little League World Series qualifying rounds are in full swing if that’s your thing, and MLB has plenty of day game action. The best game of the afternoon is the Twins vs. the Braves.
