It’s been an interesting day for the Red Sox as they try to cling to their ever-shrinking chances of seeing postseason play in 2019. Monday saw Michael Chavis placed on the injured list, Andrew Cashner moved to the bullpen and questions still unanswered as to what the rotation will look like moving forward. In the immediate future, we know it will feature Eduardo Rodriguez on Monday. This is going to be a very tough series for the Red Sox and is likely the final stand for their season. At least, if we want to believe said stand hasn’t already passed.
