OTM Open Thread 5/31: It is Friday

Happy Friday everyone. The Red Sox did not play on Thursday with the scheduled series opener against the Yankees being rained out, so they’ll start that series later on today. It will still be the same pitching matchup we were expecting on Thursday, with Chris Sale going against J.A. Happ. This is, of course, a big series with the Red Sox already in a sizable seven-game hole in the division, A couple losses this weekend could be rough for the rest of the year. The NHL and NBA are both off today, though the College World Series regional round begins today and there will be NCAA action all day. If the pros are more your speed, well, there’s no day game action on Friday. Use this space to discuss whatever you’d like. As aways, be nice to each other.
