Happy Friday everyone. Today is the first, and possible only depending on how things break, full slate of MLB postseason games. If there was ever a day to call out of work so you could enjoy wall-to-wall baseball, this is it. Things kick off with Astros-Rays at 2:05 PM ET, followed by Braves-Cardinals at 4:37 PM ET, before the Yankees and Twins kick off their series at 7:07 PM ET and finally the Dodgers and Nationals finish the day at 9:37 PM ET. I, for one, cannot wait. Meanwhile, if you need a break from baseball there is some college football on ESPN at 8:00 PM ET with UCF taking on Cincinnati. Use this space to discuss whatever you’d like. As always, just be nice to each other.
Thing I like today
Today the thing I like is the Bruins, who kicked off their season on Thursday. I will admit that A) I am a big band wagoner with the B’s and certainly don’t watch every game and B) did not watch any of Thursday’s opener. That said, they got the win and that was very cool. Be sure to check out Stanley Cup Of Chowder for your Bruins needs all year long.
