OTM Open thread 1/9: It is Wednesday

The week is almost halfway over — or maybe it is halfway over by the time you read this! — but we are still waiting for the Red Sox to do something. Anything. Outside of the baseball world, there isn’t a whole lot going on right now either. We’ve got some hockey on tonight, some really good basketball including a Celtics-Pacers game and probably some other stuff. Come here to discuss anything that meets your fancy.
