FanPost Friday : All-Star Ballot!

“But it’s not Friday!” you scream. This version is special.

This is a special mid-week version of FanPost Friday! Last week, we got no responses, much to my chagrin. I predicted a FanPost. We failed.

You wouldn’t let me fail a second time, right?

All-Star voting wraps up before this weekend, so we’re putting FanPost Friday up early, to make sure people get their opinions out of the way. This week we ask a simple question:

What is your All-Star Ballot for the 2018 MLB All-Star Game? Do you have an argument for why players should play? What about the bench players? Is there a player who won’t get votes but you think is deserving?

You can cover both the AL and NL, of course, but if you are only going to cover one league, please make it the AL, both because the AL is cooler and has the DH, and also because the Red Sox (the team this blog revolves around) is in that league. It’s likely those two things have to do with each other, but that’s not the point.

I’ll do a wrap-up Flyby shortly after the All-Stars are announced.
