The Red Seat: Episode 75-Battle in the Bronx

The time has come again to decide who holds sway over the AL East. Will it be your first place Boston Red Sox with the best record in the entire league, or will it be the Evil Empire and their remarkable hot streak of 15 out of their last 16 games? This series takes place in the Bronx, never an easy place to play, luckily for the Sox they transformed this once hallowed den of nightmares into a new age playground for Manhattan’s wealthy. Who needs character, right New York? The Sox will nevertheless be at a disadvantage playing at Yankee Stadium, and the pitching matchups favor the Yankees. I have a feeling that, as usual, none of that will matter and this will be classic early year meeting. In this episode we go position by position and break down who has the advantage, it’s really close. Round two of this prizefight is about to start. LET’S GET IT ON!!!
