Red Sox at Angels lineup: Rick Porcello leads the drive for five in a row

The seemingly unstoppable Sox face down the Angels again tonight in SoCal.

Get some, Angels.

The Red Sox (14-2) look to continue their amazing franchise-best start when they face the Angels (13-4) tonight in Anaheim (NESN, 10:07 p.m.).

About tonight’s game: Rick Porcello (xx) looks to continue his strong start to the year (3-0, 1.83 ERA) against post-hype poster child Tyler Skaggs (2-0, 1.69 ERA), a former lefty top prospect who has finally settled into a nice role for himself.

Andrew Benintendi gets another routine night off, this time against a lefty, clearing the way for Mitch Moreland to play some first base with Hanley Ramirez sliding over to DH and batting second. Tzu-Wei Lin will play shortstop and bat ninth.

About last night’s game: Mookie Betts hit three homers, Shohei Ohtani didn’t pitch into the third inning and the short-season most hyped game of the year was basically over before it began as Boston won 10-1. Read the recap here.

Forecast: 69 degrees or so. Nice!

A good tweet from last night:
