Podcast: Opening up the mailbag

Somehow, we find some things to talk about.

We’re still waiting for a little bit of action to be injected into this quiet offseason, but that doesn’t mean there’s nothing to talk about. We have a new episode of The Red Seat Podcast up for your consumption. In it, myself, Matt Collins and Bryan Joiner discuss everything happening with the Red Sox right now. Yes, that’s right, we discuss all three of those things. Specifically, we wonder about the Mookie Betts arbitration hearing, we give a J.D. Martinez update (there is no update; there is never an update), and we take a look at the farm system with a few recent prospect rankings around the interwebs. After burning through those topics, we also dive into a Twitter mailbag and touch on a number of things ranging from the Red Sox’ pitching depth to Christian Vazquez’ offense to our opinions on Fever Pitch. We desperately need some action in this dead winter.

In case you missed it last time, we are now a normally functioning podcast that can be listened to on iTunes, Stitcher and just about every other platform. The only one we are currently missing is Spotify, which we are working on. So, go ahead and subscribe to The Red Seat Podcast. Then give us five stars and write us a review telling everyone how much you love us. Do not give us one star and tell everyone how much you hate us, though. Keep that to yourself. Or, alternatively, you can listen to the audio below.
