Yesterday’s game was over before it started; today, the Sox will try to get a win before dinner, with a 1:35 p.m. game time on getaway day. The slumping Hanley Ramirez is out, while the wonderful Drew Pomeranz looks to hold on to the Sox’s firm-ish three-game division lead against someone named Daniel Gossett.
