One day after the Red Sox (68-51) walloped the Cardinals (61-58), Boston looks to complete a two-game series sweep tonight at Fenway Park (7:10 a.m.). It’s Lance Lynn, who is damn good (3.12 ERA), at least by National League standards, against Eduardo Rodriguez (3.80 ERA), who is good by American League standards and thus damn good by N.L. standards as well. The batting order is effectively unchanged from yesterday and looks to be pretty stable against righties going forward, with today’s only swap being the catcher two-step. Andrew Benintendi shakes up off yesterday’s knee injury to find himself, and the white-hot bat he wields, batting third.
