The Red Sox (37-29) look to get back in the win column after a tough loss when they visit the league-best Astros (45-22) tonight in Houston (8:10 p.m., NESN). Drew Pomeranz (4.48 ERA) pitches for the Sox, and will be matched by Mike Fiers (4.29 ERA), one of the few ‘Stros starter candidates not currently injured. Speaking of which, Chris Young DHs in place of Hanley Ramirez tonight. Here are the full lineups:
