The Red Sox and Drew Pomeranz will be going for the sweep against the Tigers tonight on ESPN's primetime game. Pomeranz wasn't quite the same guy the last time out, but the hope is that was just a blip and his new efficient self is here to say. It remains to be seen if that is just wishful thinking.
