Red Sox vs. Tigers lineup: Can Drew Pomeranz sweep up the series?

He’ll try against lefty Daniel Norris tonight on ESPN.

The Red Sox (34-27) look to sweep the Tigers (29-32) and move to a season-high eight games over .500 when they meet on national television tonight at Fenway Park (8 p.m., ESPN).

Lefty Daniel Norris (4.42 ERA) starts for Detroit, while southpaw “Three and Two” Drew Pomeranz (4.02 ERA) goes for Boston. The bullpen might have a long night ahead of them given Pom’s tendency to rack up crazy high pitch counts (hence the nickname), but then again, it's a long night for everyone — it's Sunday Night Baseball, so put on the coffee, especially with how well the Sox have been hitting. Norris isn't exactly Chris Sale out there, either.

Speaking of which, Andrew Benintendi sits against the lefty, but Mitch Moreland plays. Josh Rutledge starts at third base again in place of Pablo Sandoval and bats seventh. Here are the full lineups:
