It might be harder to put up another crooked number for Chris Sale today, as the fast-working elastic genius takes on Ervin Santana, the veteran pitcher with a 0.66 ERA currently in the midst of the best stretch of his career.
John Farrell has, unsurprisingly, run out mostly the reshuffled lineup that was able to score runs yesterday. Deven Marrero replaces Josh Rutledge at third base, and Joe Mauer sits for Minnesota.
