Red Sox vs. Orioles Lineup: It’s Sale Day

Score some runs for the man

Coming off an avoidable loss in which they forgot how to hit, field and run, the Red Sox will look to bounce back on Tuesday in the second game of a four-game set against the Orioles. Luckily for them, they have their ace and the best pitcher in the American League on the mound tonight. That’s right, it’s Sale Day, the best day of the week.

The biggest issue with Sale Day, of course, has been that the lineup hasn’t been able to give him any sort of run support through the first month of the season. They’ll look to change that tonight against Alec Asher, who is a pitcher the Red Sox should very much be able to hit. They are going with the same lineup they’ve been going with lately to do the job, with Sandy Leon getting the start behind the plate tonight. Here are the full lineups.
