Red Sox vs. Rays lineup: Can the offense return to life?

The bats try to break out of their shells on Easter Sunday.

Chris Sale cannot pitch every day, which is especially bad after yesterday’s victorious 12 K performance, so Drew Pomeranz will have to do for today’s 1:35 p.m. game against the Rays. Pomeranz, coming off a wonderful first outing against Baltimore will be on the hill today against a Rays lineup that scratched a single run off Sale yesterday. The Sox scored merely two runs, but hopefully their bats are risen against the talented-but-oft-injured Alex Cobb today, he of a wonderful leg kick.

It is too nice outside for me to write much more, thank God. Here are the full lineups:
