Red Sox at Twins lineup: There will be hangovers

New, comments

I do declare that there may have been some drinking last night.

MLB: Spring Training-Toronto Blue Jays at Boston Red Sox
Designated homerer.

Yesterday the bullpen got lit up. They were hardly the only ones. The lineups were posted late enough to suggest a... slower moving organization, but today we see a big league-caliber lineup with the possible exception of Chris Young at DH... which, against a righty, is a spring specialty, much love to Young, as always. Here’s the full, not-hung-over, no-sir, starting nine, who you can watch at 1:05 p.mm. on NESN:

  1. Dustin Pedroia, 2B
  2. Andrew Benintendi, LF
  3. Mookie Betts, RF
  4. Mitch Moreland, 1B
  5. Chris Young, DH
  6. Jackie Bradley Jr., CF
  7. Pablo Sandoval, 3B
  8. Brock Holt, SS, \o/
  9. Blake Swihart, C

The Twins are another baseball team who will be playing in this game. Talk about them or the Sox or the relative value of painkillers in the comments.
