After this loss in Friday, Team USA has set themselves up for a must-win on Saturday against the D.R. Puerto Rico got off to a red hot start against Stroman and Team USA, rocketing off single after single for a four run first inning. USA made its best effort to make a comeback, but could never get all the way back. They did have the tying run on third in the final frame, but couldn't bring him home. Puerto Rico makes it to the semifinals, where they'll be joined by the winner of Saturday’s U.S.-D.R. matchup.
