Justin Verlander vs. Henry Owens. That's...that's fine, right? Everything is fine.
And it kind of is. Look, if the Sox lose here? It's a series they weren't supposed to win, I guess. Rodriguez out for Owens, the travel hell of Game 1...Sure, that they should have had that first one hurts a bit, but at the end of the day, coming away from this series with all its unfortunate circumstances with even a series split is impressive enough.
And they actually could win, too. Stranger things have certainly happened.
