Daily Red Sox Links: Dave Dombrowski, David Price, Sandy Leon

Today's links look at today's trade deadline, the possibility of trading for a reliever, and one team not agreeing with the asking price for Clay Buchholz.

Mark L. Baer-USA TODAY Sports

The Red Sox have been skidding lately, yesterday's win notwithstanding, and Dave Dombrowski needs to decide how much he wants to put into this year's team. (Alex Speier; Boston Globe)

If they do make a move, don't be surprised if it's just for some more bullpen help. (Evan Drellich; Boston Herald)

On that front, there is some good news with Craig Kimbrel expecting to return tonight. (Scott Lauber; ESPN Boston)

They may not have won the game, but David Price's latest outing had to be encouraging. (Rob Bradford; WEEI)

Staying with Price, he has to be excited to not be part of trade rumors at the deadline. (Tim Britton; Providence Journal)

Clay Buchholz, on the other hand, has been part of trade speculation for weeks. The Red Sox are apparently asking for a relatively high return, though. (Jen McCaffrey; Masslive)

Not part of trade specultion: Sandy Leon, whose success nobody saw coming. (Matt Kory; BP Boston)
