Red Sox vs Blue Jays lineups: Sox need Price to play stopper

After a miserable loss on Saturday, the Red Sox need David Price to snap their losing streak.

The Red Sox will turn to their ace, needing him to put an end to a three-game losing streak and pick them up after the disaster that was Saturday afternoon's game.

Starting Pitcher -- David Price Starting Pitcher -- R.A. Dickey

This game is very much the type David Price was brought here to pitch. The bullpen is battered, the Blue Jays are rallying in the East, and the Red Sox are probably a bit demoralized after yesterday. They need a win, and they certainly need it when the pitching matchup is Price vs. Dickey.

Really, there's not much more to be said here. Boston's lineup is obviously still capable of putting together huge run totals. They just need something less than a total disaster on the mound to work with.

First pitch is at 1:07 p.m. ET with broadcasts on NESN and WEEI.
