Brock Holt will shift to third base as the Red Sox continue to cover for the injured Pablo Sandoval.

PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES BOSTON RED SOX
Odubel Herrera - CF Mookie Betts - CF
Cesar Hernandez - 2B Brock Holt - 3B
Aaron Altherr - RF Xander Bogaerts - SS
Jeff Francoeur - DH David Ortiz - DH
Darnell Sweeney - LF Travis Shaw - 1B
Andres Blanco - 3B Rusney Castillo - LF
Darin Ruf - 1B Blake Swihart - C
Carlos Ruiz - C Josh Rutledge - 2B
Freddy Galvis - SS Jackie Bradley - RF
Alec Asher - RHP Wade Miley - LHP

It's been more bad than good from Wade Miley of late. After 7.1 excellent innings against the Kansas City Royals on August 20th, Miley has struggled through two mediocre starts against the White Sox and Mets. The Phillies, thankfully, don't represent much of a threat at the plate against pitchers not named Machi, but then again, the same could be said for the White Sox, and that didn't go so well.

Meanwhile, the Sox seem to be taking a slow-and-steady approach to their outfield shuffle, sticking with Rusney - Betts - Bradley configuration for a good while before they try something else on for size. It probably won't be too, too long until they stick Bradley in center and Betts in a corner spot, but it makes sense not to be switching them around on a daily basis.

First pitch is at 4:05 p.m. ET with broadcasts on NESN and WEEI.
