So Clay Buchholz and Felix Doubront are both rehabbing. Either one could be due back with the team any day now.
That makes these next couple of starts for Brandon Workman and Rubby De La Rosa particularly important. I don't know about you, but I, for one, want to see at least one of them really make it impossible for the team to send them back down. I want at least one of them to force Felix Doubront into the bullpen role he's probably destined for.
Right now, it looks like Workman is the more likely of the two to actually accomplish that. He was in rare form last time out, and another start of that caliber...well, with Doubront's velocity still down, it would make it pretty obvious who's more likely to give the Red Sox a chance to win in any given game.
So please, Mr. Workman, may I have some more?
