So far, the Opening Day at Fenway has been pretty eventful, with a shaky Jake Peavy being let down by weird caroms and poor positioning by Mike Carp. However, the Red Sox offense has been its usual pitching-staff-abusing self, with long at-bats a plenty, and runs courtesy of a Grady Sizemore double and a Will Middlebrooks home run.
Still plenty of game left, though.
