The Red Sox have a big milestone on the line for what seems like the millionth time this season. So of course they've gone with nothing less than their worst lineup of the year. Honestly, taking into consideration the resources available to them and the situation the team is in, this might just be the sorriest excuse for a starting nine in years. At least in 2012 there was an excuse.
So, long story short, let's hope Jon Lester is really good, and R.A. Dickey is really bad. That's where our hope lies.
