I don't want to get too crazy here, but the Red Sox were actually pretty fun to watch last night, and now they've even got Shanf back in the lineup and in right field. It's enough to make a man hopeful. Foolishly so!
Oh no, Red Sox, don't think I don't see the stage that's been set. It's all too obvious that the best way to disappoint is to actually provide expectations. Yes, it's not hard to see how this could be a set-up.
