Dustin Pedroia being moved up to the leadoff spot is...interesting, given that he's gotten off to a very slow start this season. He has still yet to draw a single walk, leaving his OBP down at .240 on the young season. Hopefully this bump up to leadoff gets him thinking like a leadoff hitter and taking some bad pitches rather than putting them all into play.

Really, though, the strangest part of this lineup is Mike Carp playing in New Yankee Stadium's left field. Grady Sizemore may have been Friday's hero, but Boston's got a schedule in mind for him, and it does not give way to momentum. John Lackey is going to need all the ground balls he can get.

First pitch is at 1:05 p.m. EST with broadcasts on NESN, Fox Sports 1, and WEEI.
