Red Sox vs. Yankees: Jon Lester looks to even the score against CC Sabathia

The Red Sox need Jon Lester to get them back on equal footing with the Yankees after a Thursday night loss against Michael Pineda.

There's no real surprises from this right-handed lineup tonight. The question is whether or not they'll look any better than they did last night. The way CC Sabathia has been pitching in recent years, there's actually every reason to expect so, but sometimes it feels like Red Sox fans in particular should expect their expectations to be thwarted. Except for that expectation about expecting expectations to and oh no I've gone cross-eyed.
