Starting Pitcher -- Randall Delgado
Given their numbers so far this season, Jon Lester vs. Randall Delgado certainly seems to favor the Diamondbacks. But the young Delgado has faced some pretty light competition, while Jon Lester seems to finally be bouncing back after a rough couple of months. He could fall right back into bad habits, but with four good starts in five, Lester may well have earned the benefit of the doubt back.
It doesn't hurt that, even in the National League, the Diamondbacks are a middle-of-the-road team offensively. Even taking into account that old Cody Ross is a different hitter in Fenway, this should represent a bit of a reprieve for Lester after facing the Rays and Orioles back-to-back.
