Game 61: Red Sox vs. Rangers

This lineup...It's just...it's...I don't know.

It's not so bad when you actually look at it. Jonny Gomes is a bit of a hole in a very important spot, unless he chooses today to start hitting lefties. Jacoby Ellsbury...who knows what we're going to get? Maybe the strategy is to potentially punt the 9 (oh God, Ciriaco)-1-2 combo in case Ellsbury is back to not hitting? I don't know.

Still. Pedroia, Ortiz, Napoli, Nava, and even Ross and Iglesias at the moment. That's part of the order that can get things done.

Oh, hey, Jon Lester, pitch well. It's been a while. I'd actually forgotten that until today. Please?

Go Sox!
