Two nights of televised baseball in a row? Oh how spoiled we are.
The Red Sox are back on NESN tonight, with a lineup that's got plenty of elements worth watching:
Boston Red Sox
- Brock Holt, 2B
- Jonny Gomes, LF
- Jackie Bradley, CF
- Mike Napoli, 1B
- Jarrod Saltalamacchia, C
- Will Middlebrooks, 3B
- Mike Carp, DH
- Mitch Maier, RF
- Jose Iglesias, SS
Starting Pitcher -- Felix Doubront
It's still very early in spring training for Felix Doubront in particular, who missed out on the first week-or-so with some shoulder soreness. He'll get stretched out a bit more tonight as he tries to catch up with the rest of the rotation.
Lineup-wise, though, there's not much interesting going on. Everyone is at the position they're expected to be at for the regular season, if they're expected to play at all, and Mike Carp is the only one really involved in a positional battle (maybe Brock Holt). Still, Mike Napoli seems to be good for a homer a game right now, and there's always room for more Jackie Bradley and Will Middlebrooks.
Go Sox!
