Game 153: A Turning Point...Maybe

Alright, Sox, it's do or die time. 10 games left, 7 of them against the Orioles, and absolutely zero hope of winning if they can't beat Brian effing Matusz.

Oh, wait, that's later tonight. For now, we have the deceptively terrible matchup of Weiland vs. Guthrie.

OK, so listen, it's not good. Weiland's ERA would make for a decent K/9, while Guthrie seems to be about the only thing going right for the Orioles' rotation. But here's the good stuff:

1) The Sox have a better lineup

2) The Orioles have terrible defense

3) I have made animal sacrifices.

4) Oh God I just saw a tweet telling me Crawford is a late scratch with a stiff neck. Jackson is going to start, isn't he?

5) Never mind, we're screwed.
