Game 97: King Felix the Unsupported

Seattle Mariners (43-55) at Boston Red Sox (59-37) Friday 7/22, 7:10 PM

Felix Hernandez has lost as many games as John Lackey despite having an ERA more than three runs lower. This should be proof enough that life is intrinsically unfair. With the Mariner's struggles at the plate this season, King Felix has very little room for error against what might be the best possible incarnation of the best offense in baseball right now.

John Lackey has been solid in his last two outings. He will try to build on that success against this imposing line-up

Yes, that is Miguel Olivo batting clean up. I have nothing to add.

Except of course, Go Sox!
