Be it above or below the radar, 2010 was a pretty good year for Yamaico Navarro. A solid start in Portland, a power explosion in a short Pawtucket stint, and then an all-around domination of the Dominican Winter League. Add in that Navarro's numbers followed the pretty typical path of starting slow after his promotions, and really he looks quite good. He walks nearly as often as he strikes out, he can steal a base, and he has impressive power for his position.
What more could you want from a middle infielder? OK, maybe Iglesias' glove. But still...
