Game -2: Clay Buchholz Looks For Momentum Against Rays

Friday is so close I can smell it. For Tuesday, though, we're just after a good game from Clay Buchholz in his last start before the regular season.

He won't have the stiffest of challenges, seeing as how the Tampa Bay Rays brought a typical road team missing a lot of parts. The same cannot be said for Wade Davis, who will have to go through the starting lineup minus Saltalamacchia (who has been pretty much the top offensive performer for the Sox this March).

1. Jacoby Ellsbury, CF

2. Dustin Pedroia, 2B

3. Carl Crawford, LF

4. Adrian Gonzalez, 1B

5. Kevin Youkilis, 3B

6. David Ortiz, DH

7. J.D. Drew, RF

8. Jason Varitek, C

9. Marco Scutaro, SS

The Sox got the monkey off their backs yesterday with the win, but is it too much to ask to get two in a row?

Go Sox!
