We don't have a lot to go on when it comes to Sean Coyle. There's high school, scouting, and about ten trips to the plate in the GCL last year. But what we do have to go on (well, aside from those ten trips) is pretty encouraging. For one, there are the comparisons to Dustin Pedroia. For another, there are the reports calling him one of the draft's best pure hitters (not considering power). And finally there's the fact that the Sox considered him worth seven figures out of the third round.
So while we don't know what he's going to give us, we've got plenty to hope on.
